4th grade pink out
De Queen Elementary proudly received the Spirit Stick during the annual LEOPARD School-wide Pep Rally. This year's event featured a "Pink Out" theme to show support for those battling cancer or who have triumphed over it. The Leopards are dedicated to the fight for a cure. We wish the LEOPARDS the best of luck in tonight's home game against the Hot Springs Trojans!

That’s a newspaper? Developing the habit of reading a newspaper can be quite beneficial, offering a wealth of educational insights. By reading the newspaper, you stay informed and enhance your vocabulary. This week, the students at DES learned about the Arkansas Democrat Gazette and explored concepts like current events, headline news, front page stories, editors, reporters, publishers, and obituaries while engaging with the newspaper.
